Who we are

Therapon Systems ApS (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website (theraponsystems.dk). We are a Danish company subject to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect:

• Name
• Work email address
• Organization (optional)
• Your message

We do not use cookies for tracking. We do not use analytics services. We do not share your data with third parties.

How we use it

We use your contact information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.

Where we store it

Contact form submissions are delivered to our email hosted by Proton Mail (Proton AG, Switzerland). No data is stored in the US or processed by US-based services.

How long we keep it

We retain contact form submissions for as long as needed to handle your inquiry. You can request deletion at any time.

Prism platform data

The Prism platform is deployed on-premises at customer hospitals. Therapon Systems does not have access to patient data processed by the platform. Data processing is governed by a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) between the hospital and Therapon Systems in accordance with GDPR Article 28.
