About Therapon Systems

Therapon Systems is a Danish health technology company building infrastructure for clinical AI governance. We make software that lets hospitals run AI on their own terms — on their own servers, under their own control, with full regulatory compliance.

What we build

Prism is our algorithm management platform for radiology. It handles the entire lifecycle: deployment, routing, monitoring, ground truth collection, and compliance tracking. Hospitals pick algorithms from any vendor, and Prism handles the rest.

Strata is our FHIR terminology service for Nordic healthcare. It provides clinical code systems (SNOMED CT, ICD-10, LOINC, SKS, and more) through a standards-compliant API with AI-assisted mapping.

How we think

• On-premises first. Patient data belongs in the hospital. Our software runs where the data is.
• Open standards. DICOM, HL7, FHIR. No proprietary protocols, no lock-in.
• Scandinavian healthcare. We build for the regulations and workflows that Nordic hospitals actually use. Not a US product with translations.
